Welcome to MyZipApply.com (the “Service”), operated by Zipapply LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Zipapply LLC governing your access to and use of myzipapply.com, its sub-domains, mobile-responsive surfaces, and any related products or features (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to both you and the organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@myzipapply.com of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being misused.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to keep it that way. Misrepresentation, including impersonation of another person or fictitious identities, is grounds for immediate termination.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces functionality of a paid feature you currently use.
New seekers start with zero (0) unlock credits and earn up to fifteen (15) free unlocks by completing onboarding: verify email (+5), upload resume (+5), and record a video pitch (+5). Unlocks are spent to reveal a hiring manager’s email, phone number, and LinkedIn URL from the master directory.
The Starter subscription costs $29.00 USD per month. On the first day of each billing cycle we add forty (40) unlocks to your balance. The subscription renews automatically on the monthly anniversary of your initial payment until cancelled.

One-time packs are charged once. They do not auto-renew.
One credit unlocks one hiring-manager record from the master directory. Each unlock is a one-time event: once a contact is unlocked, the full record persists in your outreach list permanently — even if your subscription lapses. Unused credits in your balance also do not expire.
Credits are tied to your account. They are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or pooled across accounts.
All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information you authorize us, through that processor, to charge the payment method on file for the amount of your selected plan or pack. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or currency-conversion charges your card issuer or bank may apply.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved. Repeated payment failures may result in cancellation of your subscription.
You may cancel your Standard subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals; you retain access to any credits already in your balance and to all previously unlocked contacts.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Specifically:
We may, at our sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds for billing errors, duplicate charges, or other exceptional circumstances. Email support@myzipapply.com if you believe an error has occurred.
The master directory contains contact information for hiring managers compiled from third-party data providers (including, without limitation, third-party people-data, contact-aggregation, and job-listing aggregation services), public sources, and aggregations contributed across the user base of the Service.
By unlocking a record, you agree that you will use the contact information solely for legitimate, individual job-seeking outreach and that you will not:
We honor opt-out and removal requests from hiring managers. If a hiring manager asks to be removed from the directory, we will remove their record from the master directory and from any seeker outreach lists that contain it. You agree to honor any such removal even if you have already unlocked the record.
You agree NOT to:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of remaining credit balance (without refund), and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
All content, software, and materials made available through the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, the AI-generated cover letters and outreach drafts, the teleprompter scripts, the master directory schema, and the underlying source code — are the property of Zipapply LLC or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal job-search activities. This license terminates automatically if you breach these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (resume, video introduction, notes, etc.). By uploading content to the Service, you grant Zipapply LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, transmit, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We will not sell or license your personal content to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF DATA. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE INFORMATION IN THE MASTER DIRECTORY WILL BE COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR FREE OF DEFECTS.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN A JOB OFFER, AN INTERVIEW, OR ANY SPECIFIC EMPLOYMENT OUTCOME.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ZIPAPPLY LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages. The above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@myzipapply.com with a detailed description of the issue. We will work in good faith to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Forsyth County, Georgia, by a single arbitrator selected under the AAA rules. Judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered by any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class-action waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring claims for injunctive relief related to intellectual-property infringement or misappropriation in the state or federal courts located in Forsyth County, Georgia, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for that purpose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For material changes we will give you at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice by email or through an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after a revision becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service before the revised Terms take effect.
